The tent is my way of offering breathwork classes weekly and in an intimate space. With a limit of 8 people everyone has space to connect to their breath, nature, and your inner voice.
I get asked all the time where can I take a regular class, and unfortunaelty not many studios offer these classes, so I created a space for us.
The Schedule below will run through September of 2026. Yin Yoga is also an offering I teach year round at Hot Yoga Renton. It is included in the schedule below.

A guided breathwork journey using continuous, connected breathing to release tension and shift stuck energy. Expect a deeper emotional and energetic reset in a safe, supportive space. A great way to tune up for the week ahead.
A slow, grounding practice with longer-held poses designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support deep rest. This calming class invites you to soften, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Please note that these classes are led at Hot Yoga Renton
Slow down and reconnect with your breath. This class focuses on simple, effective techniques to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and build awareness. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reset.
Gentle, supportive movement using a chair for stability and ease. Improve flexibility, circulation, and mobility in a way that feels accessible.
Great for all levels.
A mindful, slower-paced flow moving through sun salutations with intention. Welcome the sun while planting your feet into the earth. Focus on breath, alignment, and ease as you build strength and flexibility without rushing.
