Meet Mary

Hi, I’m Mary — breath coach, space holder, and the founder of Breath Mindset.

I found breathwork during a time when I was searching for tools to help regulate my own emotions, quiet overwhelm, and feel more grounded in my body. What began as a personal healing practice slowly transformed into something I knew I wanted to share with others.

Through mindful breathing, meditation, gentle movement, and nervous system support, I help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for more ease in their lives.

My approach to breathwork is grounded, accessible, and supportive. I believe breathwork doesn’t have to be intense or complicated to be powerful. Sometimes the most transformative thing we can do is simply pause and breathe with intention.

I now offer weekly classes, workshops, and community gatherings in my backyard tent space in Renton, WA — a space created for people to breathe in nature, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect in community.

Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or simply craving more presence and balance, you are welcome here.
