Join me for weekly breathwork, mindful movement, and nervous system support classes held in my backyard tent space in Renton. These small group gatherings are designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and build community through intentional breath and presence.
All levels are welcome. Classes are intentionally kept small (8 people max) to create a supportive and grounded experience.
