Start with mindful breathing practices and work into circular breathing with retention holds. Use your breath to release and recharge. Once the work is complete, lay back and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls to help integrate the work.

Join me on Valentines day for an intimate expereince you and your partner won't soon forget. In this 90 minute workshop we will open with heart opening cacoa, then couples will be guided into aligning thier breath and gently moving as a unit with intentional touch and partner supported stretching.
